I have a 7 yr old male lab/shepherd mix and a 1 yr old female Akita who I am absolutely potty over! She's wonderful. My fiancé and I were thinking of getting another Akita but a male. Would you recommend this or think we should wait until our male dog goes to greener pastures? And if you think this is possible, do you ever have pet quality dogs you are seeking homes for? CommentsI often gaze at Manhattan's picture in wonder. He is magnificent! He even resembles my Mysti a little with the coloring. I wish you luck with all your beautiful dogs. I have three spayed females: Geisha, 13; Kajin, 11 and Mysti, 9. They are pet quality but I love them greatly. Again, best of luck from the Razorback state!

They are slightly overweight but my wife and i just cant stop spoiling them. My neighbor said it rite The are just "great big giant puppies".
